the food horror

In movie, i saw so many disgusting things. The major parts i can clearly visualize are how chickens and cows were being handled, and things like hormone growth, antibiotics in the feed, and cows eating corn even though they evolve to eat grass. And, also a little boy's death after eating a burger. What i learn through this movie, the food we eat is dirty, unsanitary, tainted and contaminated. even veggie is not safe. And i learned that our government is dominated by those huge industries that lobby politicians to get what they want. well, now i'm trying to change my diet to organic foods little by little. god, i don't want to get sick. this E,coli thing really scares me.
